THINGS TO DO DURING FALL IN NASHVILLE
I love Nashville in fall because that crisp, cool air blows into the city and the trees in the countryside look like they’re on fire with all the reds, yellows, and oranges that come out. It’s a beautiful season all around, and even though I’ve lived here for a few years now, I’m always trying to explore new places.
Without further ado, here are some Halloween-themed and seasonal activities/places to enjoy your fall in Nashville, TN! As always, shoot me a message on IG if you’ve tried some of these or if I missed one of your favorite spots.
Family Friendly
If you’re looking for some family-friendly fun, look no further than Gentry Farm! This place looks like such a fun time for everyone, with or without kiddos. You can stroll through the corn maze, pick some pumpkins, play a round of mini golf, and even buy some tasty fall treats. It’s a classic for your adventures around Nashville in fall that you don’t want to miss out on this year.
Another option would be Cheekwood! Spread out on the lawn for a nice picnic, take a peek at some art, or walk through the pumpkin patch. This is certainly a relaxing favorite for your fall in Nashville, and it really is beautiful this time of year.
Boo at the Zoo is happening this month as well, and it’s a great spot for good food, a fun crowd, and of course, to see all the animals! Kids can trick-or-treat, or you can see a few of their special shows with the whole family! I went to the zoo a few years back and saw their guinea pig village… It is the cutest thing ever, and I can’t get over the little guinea pig houses.
Adult Fun
For those of you who want something a little more exclusive to adults, here are some pretty sweet options! I haven’t done all of these, but they seem like good options for those of you looking for something a little more spooky. This Nashville haunted house and Halloween pub crawl look fun if spooks are what you seek this season. If you’re looking for something a little less scary around Nashville in fall, this Halloween pop-up bar looks like a good time. You can enjoy all of the spirited cocktails and even dress up if you want!
Arrington Vineyards is absolutely gorgeous in this cool, crisp weather with the changing leaves as well. If you’re not a wine drinker, that’s OK! Arrington has a ton of other little events and things to do such as food trucks on Fridays and live music events through November. It’s just such a beautiful place to enjoy a day, so don’t feel like you need to enjoy the wine part to make this place part of your fall in Nashville. Although this is listed as adult fun because of the wine, all ages are welcome! Pack a picnic while you are at it.
