MY OUTFITS OF THE WEEK
We are in that time of year where the weather in Nashville can’t decide if it’s ready to fully embrace spring or leave us with few more weeks of winter. In one week it’s been in the high 70’s down to the 30’s (Fahrenheit, that is), so layers have been my friend and pops of color have me ready for days filled with sunshine. If I had to pin down a name for my current style, I’m not sure it’s as defined right now. I feel like I’m in a season of experimenting, but a few things always stay true: my love for the color pink and balance of cute/comfy. Here’s a look at some of my OOTD featuring some pieces I talk about in this blog post.
When I was a kid, Abercrombie was all the rage and if you didn’t wear it, you weren’t cool. Well, I was not cool by popular 7th grader standards. I think I grew a distaste for the brand for many years, but it’s funny how things can change because now all of my favorite jeans and even the lounge set I’m wearing are from there. Also, I’ve invested in some nicer shoes over the years, like these pinks pairs from Steve Madden, but I also love a classic sneaker like the checkered vans I wear ALL THE TIME.
